Information for the 2021-2022 elections
To all shareholders,
We wish to inform you that the nomination process for the 2021-2022 individual building Board of Directors elections will take place between February 15th to 18th, 2021,
3 buidings at a time. Each President will get a nomination list that can be completed at a distance.
General Council elections will take place February 22nd, 2021. More details to follow.
The board of directors meets virtually every 2 weeks since the start of the pandemic.
Last June, a water infiltration occurred at Building 5. It damaged the catwalk roof and ceiling between apartements 301-303 and 302-304. Experts evaluated damages. Discussions underway with insurance company in order that these damages are fixed as soon as possible.
We are also discussing with experts to have water damages in the auditorium repaired.
Looks like ETA tropical storm did not damage our complex last Sunday.
